Founded in 1984 by John Racicot as a family-owned business, Handyman Personnel has supported Ottawa's construction, landscaping, and labour industries with dependable labour staffing that Ottawa businesses trust every day.
We began with a simple mission: connect employers with reliable workers while providing fair opportunities and same-day pay to people seeking temporary labour.
Today we remain proudly local and family operated. Andre Racicot, John's son, bought the business in 2018 and runs it hands-on as President. We match employers with pre-screened workers and deliver reliable temporary labour services that keep projects running smoothly.
